control. Supervision of persons and times for the arming and disarming of the
premises controls is available. Systems qualifying for insurance discounts are

means of controlling entry/exit into restricted areas are possible. The more common
techniques are swipe cards/badges, proximity readers and keypads. |

Fire Alarm Systems - Fire
alarm systems may range from simple heat detectors, to automatic smoke detection.
Sprinkler supervision and system component malfunction detection are also utilized.
Insurance approval is usually a mandatory factor, often required for issuance of

Automated Lighting Control - Lighting control has come into use for not only energy management, but
single point of control for entire facilities (including multi-story) for effect and
safety. |
