The medical emergency reporting system is initiated by either the button on the control center, or a separate hand-held remote button.

The system users have several options for reporting an emergency signal.  The responding agency can be dispatched with the purpose of checking to see what the personal emergency entails.  This would be a general response.

The agency, in most cases would be the police department, with the intention of personal assistance.  The response is different than an intrusion or duress.  If could also be made more specific, if someone had a specific health or physical condition, requiring personal assistance.

Specific instructions can be relayed to the agency (more specifically an EMS unit), notifying a physician, etc..  These would be choices made by you, the subscriber.  We would assist in arranging the proper response.
