Blue Ridge Monitoring has been established as one of the country's premium monitoring centers.  Monitoring alarm signals is the primary service function of Blue Ridge Monitoring.

The staff on duty is fully trained to offer assistance to persons, like yourself, when emergency situations prevail.  Nothing is taken as a "matter of fact", but each customer is considered a very important person, having trusted Blue Ridge Monitoring for the protection of family and property.

Two-way communication, as an option, offers voice assistance to a person who is, at the time of the emergency, or physically challenged, is unable to use a phone.  This operates in conjunction with the  emergency signal sent to the monitoring center.  The proper authority will be dispatched, while still communicating with the individual.  A friendly voice is always nice to hear.

Being security-minded, proper identification of system users will be established, with code words and/or keywords, only known to Blue Ridge Monitoring and yourself.
